Disable automatic updates in Windows 10 (Services.msc,Background intelligence,gpedit.msc)
1.Disable Windows 10 Update using Services.msc
Using the Win + R keyboard shortcut, type services.msc to access your PC’s service settings. Or Search Start Menu Services
2.Disable Background intelligence Transfer Service
Select the Background intelligence Transfer Service service from the Services list.
Double click on it to open the tool and then change the option of Startup type to Disabled.If the service is currently running, press Stop to stop it immediately. Apply > OK
3.Using Group Policy to Stop Windows 10 Updates | gpedit.msc

Choose the option on the right to “Configure Automatic Updates.”
